I was once told that in the end, there are only a few things that really matter: how much you have loved, how gently you have lived, and how gracefully you will let go of the things not meant for you.

Have you ever felt lost, confused, or stuck, like the walls are closing in? Sometimes it takes getting lost, so that we can begin to find ourselves.  Our true selves.  Our authentic self’s. Our soul’s purpose.

Are you in the depth of your own personal darkness?  Embarking on a journey of self-discovery?  Have you been walking in darkness for longer than you can remember?  Who are you really?  “Look within” calls the voice inside of you!  The journey here has been long and arduous.  Have you struggled, fallen, and even perhaps feel a little broken?  What does your inner critic say to you? How have your life experiences shaped the person you are today?  How do your show yourself compassion and care?  Cultivating self-love is an essential part of the healing process.  I want to invite you to give yourself permission to heal.  Working through pain and darkness takes courage.  You are here now because you are ready to embark on a new journey.

With each and every new day, I seek value, meaning and purpose within my life.  I love greatly, I live gently and to the best of my ability, I let go… As a therapist, I aspire to help people meet these challenges with openness, and courage.  I believe through treatment, together we can face the uncertainties of life.

In the darkest of nights, may light surround you.
